When the User visits the Platform for the first time and ATRACK intends to place Cookies other than those that are strictly necessary, ATRACK informs the User of this using a cookie management module  including information and settings on the Platform's home page.

By clicking on "accept all", the User consents to ATRACK using Cookies as described in the Cookie management module. However, the User may change their cookie settings at any time by clicking on the link to the cookie management module in the "Cookie Preferences" section of the application's home page and in their Profile in their Personal Space.

In any event, all Cookies that require the consent of the Platform User may only be installed by ATRACK if the User accepts them by ticking the corresponding box in the Cookie management module presented to them on their first visit to the Platform.

  1. How long are cookies stored and what are the consequences of blocking cookies?

The lifetime of Cookies or trackers is limited to a period that allows the purposes set by the data controller in the Privacy Policy accessible here: link to be achieved.

The User's consent to the installation of cookies and other trackers is valid for 6 months from the date of their choice. At the end of this period, ATRACK will ask the User of the application to renew their consent. If the User has not expressed a choice, ATRACK may ask the User again to find out their intentions.

In any event, the Platform User retains the option to withdraw their consent at any time by using the cookie management module tool that ATRACK offers on its Platform, as detailed in Article 6 herein.

The information collected through statistical cookies is stored by ATRACK for a maximum period of 24 months.

The lifetime and retention periods of Cookies and other trackers mentioned in this section are periodically reviewed by ATRACK in order to be limited to what is strictly necessary.

  1. How to configure or delete cookies?

Platform Users have several options for managing their cookie preferences, including deleting and/or refusing them.

Cookie management tools available on the Platform.

The cookie and other tracker management module from ATRACK allows Platform Users to understand and control the use of most cookies and other trackers used when the User visits the Platform and to set their preferences in this regard (refusal or acceptance of cookies and other trackers).

Cookie choices offered by the application user's browser software:

The browser of the User of the Platform may allow them to choose to disable all or part of the Cookies and other trackers, either systematically or according to their issuer. It is also possible for the User of the Platform to configure their browser software so that they are offered the choice of accepting or refusing Cookies and other trackers.

While most browsers are configured by default to accept the installation of Cookies and other trackers, the Platform User may, if they wish, accept all Cookies and other trackers, refuse them systematically, or choose which ones to accept based on their providers. They can also configure their browser (an operation to be carried out on each receiving device: tablet, smartphone, computer, etc.) to accept or refuse Cookies and other trackers on a case-by-case basis before they are installed by clicking on the links below:

Each browser has different settings for managing cookies and other trackers and for the choices of the Platform User. These settings are described in the browser's help menu, which allows the User to find out how to change their settings regarding cookies and other trackers.

Users may therefore configure their browsers to refuse cookies and other trackers. In this regard, Platform Users are advised that by configuring their browsers to refuse cookies and other trackers, certain features, pages and areas of the Platform may not be accessible, for which ATRACK cannot be held responsible.

  • Opt-out platforms:

Several advertising industry platforms also offer Platform Users the option to refuse or accept Cookies used by member companies. These centralised mechanisms do not block the display of advertisements but prevent the installation of Cookies and other trackers, and allow Users to tailor advertisements to their interests.
